Understanding is communication
Communication is such a hard skill to master considering how much it depends on the person or the group you are speaking to. However, I believe being good at communication is also trying to understand your interlocutor and adapt your speech accordingly. As Stephen R. Covey wrote in his 7 habits of highly effective people’s book : « Seek first to understand, then to be understood ».
